Mata DVD RAM UJ-850S ATA Optical Drive cannot write to DVDs

I used to read and write to the DVD, however lately my I can only read and write to CD but only read DVDs. The DVD drive (Mata DVD RAM UJ-850S ATA) does not allow me to copy any data DVD?

Does anyone know what is the problem?
