I recently upgraded my 3 year old Apple MacBook's ram memory from 1GB to 8GB. Its like a new computer now. I purchased my SONY VAIO SR about a year ago. I want to upgrade its ram memory to 8GB but I was told that my mainboard would not support it. Is that true?
