    I have a Sony FS series, Its one of the second versions (1.86, 6800go etc).

    In CPU-Z the clock speed of my ram is "166.3mhz". Why is this? Surely its meant to be 333mhz.

    DDR memory actually run at half the advertised speed. But the "Dual" part of the name means that your effective perf is x2. So 166 x 2 = 333MHz
