    DDR2 has pretty much uniform latencies across the board, and it won't matter if you get the higher or lower latency memory. The only place I can think of where you will see a slight performance increase with low latency memory is in memory benchmarks.

    I recommend Kingston, Corsair, and Crucial memory - they are very reliable, and have good prices.
