    Nope, only upcoming ULV processor is the Core 2 Duo 1.33ghz processor, U7700, not close to Penryn. Ultraportables take a while to get the tech their bigger cousins do.

    How do the x61s notebooks from lenovo have lv processors up to 1.8ghz??

    One is LV the other is ULV?

    I doubt we'll see an SZ refresh till next June -- seems to be the way sony works

    hopefully by then they'll catch on and put an hdmi port on the back of it. or i guess by then display port may become more of a contender (yeah right).

    How does Sony work, exactly?
    Didnt the SZ come out 3-6 months after the previous generation was released?
    Have they not phased out most models and dropped the price on the remaining?
    How soon after the Santa rosa was released did the SZ6 come out?

    based on what i've read on these forums, as i understand it sony refreshes in the summertime -- pretty much on a yearly basis
