    Another user mentioned installing a modded bios on the VPCZ to lower the fan speed. Does anyone know where I can download this?

    I saw a hardware mod on here a little while ago where a user had soldered up some contraption to control the fan speed.

    In general, all you need is a resistor (or potmeter) on the middle wire; no rocket science required.
