    Hello,

    I did something very stupid and need some assistance. I dismantled my screen because something seeped into my monitor, and I took out one of the clear sheets that was damaged. Am I suppose to replace that or? because it works fine without it. :confused:

    That may have been the glossy layer or some sort of protector for the LCD. Without knowing more, I'd sure it's there for a reason, I'd be replacing it.

    There was a couple of sheets inside it and each one was different. I haven't been able to find a place that sells these sheets online. Are they sold separately?

    According to the Sony tech team I wasn't suppose to open my computer up. :D
