    I swear, this laptop is nothing but trouble. The latest problem is that suddenly, the black "touch" buttons along the top no longer work. The volume and playback buttons no longer work, while the "AV mode" and "Capture" buttons still do. I don't see any of the white lights either when dragging my finger across.

    Any ideas? The only upgrade was to Windows 7 but that was many months ago. This just started happening a couple days ago. Is there a specific driver I need to download from Sony's site? Thanks.
