Last night I checked my CPU temp with PC Wizard and found that it is 67

Is that a normal temp ???

My S380B is one month old and I'm not that heavy user.....

i get up to 65-70 when i'm playing Guild Wars what were you doing? either you were covering up your fan or you were using it in an area where the heat is conserved (etc like on the bed or on the couch those materials tend to keep heat ) it's not lethal until it's 99 degrees but try having a large fan blowing it when ever possible that will decrease the temp alot.
