First, anyone knows which key to bring up one time boot menu? All other computers have it, can't believe this 2000$ piece doesn't have.

Same to boot from a USB drive, I have one which can be used to boot in my desktop PC, in a DELL laptop, but can't seem to boot in SZ230. I removed all other devices from boot list in BIOS, but every time after power up, it always says no operating system something.

And last, defaultly the whole 120G HD only has one partition, and without the help from a external HD, you can't even use ghost to backup (no place to put your .gho file).

Anyone has any idea? Thanks a lot.

    szproblem,
I know this is an old message, but the thing is I've exactly the same problem, but with PC. I am using an optical usb mouse that does EXACTLY what you'd described here. Any idea how this was fixed? Could this be a virus?
