    Hi there,

My Sony Z1290S cannot go to sleep mode sometimes. It happens after system goes to sleep mode and wakes up a few times. First time is always ok. When it's happening, the screen is black and fan is very noising. Anybody has same experience? Is there any way to track which device causes this problem?

    Thanks.

There's an easy fix, go into power options -> advanced settings -> Sleep -> Allow Wake Timers, and disable them all for all the power plans. Also, if you have a peripheral like an ext mouse or keyboard attached and you move/hit a key, the Z will wake up.

I disabled Allow Wake Timers, but it was still dead on 3rd time sleep. The only thing I can do is turning the laptop off. I guess it's caused by some device drivers, but I don't know how to find it.
