    "My safe" folder has disappared!! HELP!!

    Hello someone, I need your help. I was doing homework and just realized today that "My safe" folder is no longer visible. It used to be in my documents and then the little icon appeared which I can only access by scanning my finger print. Now the icon is gone! Could someone help me locate it? I have some files in there that I need to access. I have used the search and it still doesn't show up.

    I have a Sony Vaio 3Z series.

    I will really appreciate your help. :eek:

    well, if the search file didn't find it, then you may have accidentally deleted it. If the is the case then I recomend you use a system restore. This will enable you to roll back the clock on your computer to a date that you are certain that the file existed. Other than that, I can't think of anything else. Perhaps if there were a bit more details to go on, but for now that's all I've got.

    What antivirus are you running? I would bet that you have changed a setting and it is simply hiding it. Turn your antivirus off and see if it reappears.
