    Mysterious icon in Vaio TZ task bar! Virus? Help!

    So I booted up my Vaio today and I see this WEIRD little icon in my taskbar. I've never seen it before, it's not left- or right-clickable, and when I try to view the name, it's called <no title>. Has anyone had this before? I'm really confused and worried that I might have picked up some nasty virus.

    Any ideas?

    I am not 100./. sure but I think while on Vista I have seem this on mine too and I just didn't bother about it

    I believe that is "Hard Disk Drive Protection" icon it pops up if enough of a bump/impact is detected on the HD. It can be configured under the VAIO Control Center/Security/Hard Disk Drive Protection Settings.
