    NEW FZ - Camera not working

    Hi

    New FZ11S arrived today, all very nice blah blah etc...

    Opened up 'Vaio Camera Capture Facility'


    and
    'An attempt to initialize the software failed. Please check if another utility is using the camera.'

    Nothing else is using the camera, no Skype or MSN.

    Whats wrong?

    reboot pc. if that doesnt work check for the .exe that uses the cam, i dont know which, and end the process, then try again. i had this issue bt there is a simple fix. sorry dont know exactly step by step.

    open up device manager - and disable the camera and enable it again
