I just got Need for Speed Most Wanted and I want to make some adjustments to the game. The graphics running at full seem to be lagging a bit. IS there a way to fix this with this laptop? It seems like this is a pretty good laptop with a good video card. Am I pushing the video card pass its max? BTW the screen size of the game is chopped off about an inch on each side. Anything to fix that?

    Thanks!

I haven't got the SZ but got NFS: MW running on my S-Series. Nothing you can do about the chopped off sides. There is some kind of tweak which will enlarge the picture somehow, but it's not real widescreen and rather complicated. See www.nfsplanet.de for details.

Concerning the video, I have almost all the settings on max at 1024x800 and it runs just fine, with the occasional lag here and there. No Antialiasing activated though, this really bogs down the notebook and I can't get any decent framrates even at 800x600. Check in the advanced settings you've got that not on too high settings. But it should run better that on my Geforce 6400.
    Otherwise check for newer drivers.

    Btw. you a W163 driver? ;)
