NHC seems to limit my processor to 999mhz even when its under 100% load, It recognises that its a 1.83 ghz processor but even set to max performance it still keeps it low, Also it reports my processor bus as being 533FSB but im fairly sure its supposed to be 667.

I had some stability issues with NHC and my SZ. I also could not get it to vary my CPU voltages. I could select a different voltage but while testing the new voltage setting the CPU would go to max speed and the voltage was set to the default. I think it needs a bit more work. It's a great app and I used it with my Pentium M machines with nary a problem. I say give it some time and a rev or two.

Do you think your problem is a conflict with Sony's power manager software?

If its set to max power it locks it to 1 ghz even under 100% load, under adaptive it goes up and down alot.

Is ur notebook on ac power? because when its on battery it will automatically run on 990mhz.
and i think the 533FSB has to do with the sony bios, they might have an update soon. I think thats what Dacheese said.
