    Hi all,

    I was hoping if anyone can help me install latest Nvidia drivers for my old Vaio. Apparently, i need to amend some INF files, otherwise i'm getting incompatibility issue.

    The details of the laptop and card are: VAIO VPCCW18FG running on NVIDIA GeForce GT 230M

    PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0A2A&SUBSYS_905E104D&REV_A2
    PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0A2A&SUBSYS_905E104D
    PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0A2A&CC_030000
    PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0A2A&CC_0300

    Don't even know which INF file to change for latest Nvidia driver packs. :)

    nvszcn.inf is the file you need to mod.

    Thanks for the reply.

    335.23 does not have that inf. it is broken into 2 separate files. I'll try to amend nvszc.inf and if it works.

    Hi,

    Looks like Nvidia has changed again the name of the file.
    Just checked the 337.50 beta for notebooks and the file you need to mod is nvszci.inf
