    Hello evreybody as you can see im still a noob to this site i gave my brother my old laptop sony vaio vgn nr22oe i cannot find the original bios for this laptop because last time i think i flashed it to slic his battery went out i bought a cheapo from amazon because sony still wants over 120$ for one and the disc came with the cheap battery asking me to install original bios and i cannot find it ive been looking all day Thanks

    first what version is now in BIOS?
    official and latest is R1150J9

    Bios Oem: R1101j9 so when i try to install the mod for the battery it tells me its not the orignal bios really sucks cannot install the battery and for sony to block batteries i heard i need to open them up desolder something in the battery and solder the original piece into the new batteries but i just want to get back to stock bios or latest just to try it out before i need to open them up
