hello, I was wondering if someone would be so kind enough to help me. I have a VPCCB390X CTO, which for some reason I cannot restore via the recovery partition nor the recovery discs I created via VAIO CARE.

It keeps popping up with an error stating that "an application" cannot be executed with error 320. I know that has to do with either RAM 4or HDD, but I ran diagnostic tests on both, and both passed.

I tried burning the recovery again, but it also failed via VAIO CARE.

I would like to avoid sending it in for techs, because it takes too long, and I'm afraid they will be careless in handling my laptop and might scratch it.

I would like to ask someone who also owns a CB series who have made the 4 recovery discs to make an ISO copy of their discs?

I would be more then willing to compensate for your time.

Please if someone can help, I would really appreciate it.

    Thanks!

    *bump*

    anyone?

please, I know I'm a new member here, but I know someone has to at least have a VPCCB model laptop with recovery cds created.

I'm not asking for it for free, as I know it takes time to make/copy.

I am willing to pay you.

I just want to see if its because my recovery media dvds are corrupted, or its actually my hard drive, which if it is I will send it in for repair.

    thank you
