This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Need English Recovery Disc for AR51SU

    I recently bought AR51SU from Austria. I managed to change the OS to English by downloading the English language pack. But lot of pre-installed sony applications are still in German. I would really appreciate if some one could help me out with english recovery discs (upload or post).

    This is prohibited by the TOS of the website. I am not trying to be harsh, but a friendly warning is that you need to contact the vendor for the disks. We can't send you the disks.

    You cannot upload and post discs like this, because they contain a single license for XP/Vista that cannot be shared. What you are asking us to do is piracy and illegal, so this thread is closed.
