    i need some advice guys, a bought my laptop a year ago, i live here in the philippines, and the nearest service center is in singapore, a slight movement on my laptop causes it to hang ang freeze, even a couple of inch of movement makes it hangs, and i need to restart it twice for the windows to open... i just need some guides or suggestions before opening it...

    Before dismantling your laptop, have you read the Cooling Guide ?

    ive already using a notebook cooler, similar to pacific breeze since day 1, so i dont think heat has something to do with it...

    yes sir, im sure its not software related, coz ive already re-intalled windows on its factory default..using the recovery cd i made from day1.. still it hangs when it is slightly moved... all the peripherals are working perfectly, the hdd, the memory etc..

    is your cpu fan running, or maybe got to do with the harddisk damage.

    sir, harddisk is in good condition... cpu fan is running as i can hear it...

    where can i find a step by step guide on dismatling it, id like to to clean the inside using pressurised canned air..
