Long story short I bought a Sony S from bestbuy on June 9th and it has been in repair since 8/10 and now they want me to send it in for repair AGAIN because they half the repair job and cause more damage on the laptop then before. I already talked to a customer relation and they were out right rude. I asked to be transfered to a manager and they wouldn't.
I was wondering if anyone has the email of anyone in sony that can help or know who I should send an email too.
Need Sony Escalation email and anyone else email that can help!!
