    How do I make the games on my sony vaio e series laptop go to full screen? any help will be greatly appreciated. thank you and have a nice day.

    If they run in a window instead of fullscreen, then it depends on the game. Somewhere in settings, or try pressing Alt+Enter maybe.

    If you mean a game goes fullscreen, but there are black borders around a small image, then you should either increase the resolution to match your LCD's native res, or set the scaling mode to stretch fullscreen (but preserve aspect ratio, if possible). It should be in the display options somewhere.
