Just 3 questions guys, How long did it take for the laptop to ship from ordering? Did it ship the same day as the estimate shipping or was it before that?
How is Sony Warranty and for repairs how do they handle it? With Alienware they come to your house to fix it, with Asus you ship it to them and it can take 7-10 business to get it back after repair. What about Sony? How do they handle repairs?
Second question, if i'm not satisfied with the laptop, i understand that we have 30 days to return it and i also understand that we are responsible for the return shipping, my question is if i ask for a refund, does Sony USA online store charge restocking fee or do they give out full refund?

I've heard some countries have a repair-on-site service. Not in Sweden though, they have never heard of it.
