    1st off all, hello. :)
I'm new here as an active user, but read her for a few weeks about the up coming Samsung S7 14'' screen.

I live in Israel and I will be in NY this month for 2 weeks,
and I need a new laptop.

The samsung look very good and promising on paper but I dont know if it will be on the market in time and how the review will be on it, so I started looking for plane B
and ended up with the SONY premium 13.3 S Series lap top.
Its about the same cost, and look very good with great specs

    this is the model

I cant find any reviews about this exact model the ones I found are for the standard with the lower specs, so if you PLZ tell me what you think about this laptop.

As for processor I'm think about the i5

    Thank you.

There is an SA/SB/SC...series owners' thread in the owners lounge in the sub section of this board. If you want owners opinions that is a good place to post. It's also used to discuss general user issues also.

This is also a personal review here-

ahhhhh, that second one is my review :D thanks for putting it :)

Basically the SA is the top of the S series, with B being the middle/average and C lower. I rekon the SA is the best laptop of the 13.3" size screen :)

Here's about the most thorough professional review you'll ever find on the Vaio SA, from NoteBookCheck.net:

    Review Sony Vaio VPC-SA2Z9E/B (i7, SSD, HD 6630M) Subotebook - Notebookcheck.net Reviews

The model they review has a solid state drive instead of the traditional hard drive you're considering, but everything else should be accurate.

They are both in my review but basically, the heat is fine, left side is slightly cooler than the right side but I can have it on my lap for hours just surfing and it won't get too hot. Playing a game on speed mode however is just a tad too hot for the lap but when you have it on a desk its fine, I don't think overall its get too hot.

As for the fan, I can hardly hear it now and when playing a game on speed mode, it is loud but not jet engine like other people say (and my previous laptop was completely silent).
