    Need major help for SR-430J W7 64bit function keys

    Ok.... got my SR-430J. it's probably an older model since it came with Windows Vista...

    So first thing I did was did a clean install of Windows 7 Enterprise (a RTM version, and the genuine key is applied so it should be the same as the market version)

    I can't for the last 3 hours get the brightness key working... >_> the audio key works but not the brightness... can anyone offer a solution? If not is there another way through windows to change brightness on a laptop screen?

    I followed several guides here.. installing the shared library, firmware parser etc... still doesn't work ;x

    I am using Windows 7 Enterprise 64-Bit Japanese...

    *bump*... need help X_X

    The modeswitch won't run at all even with vista compatibility... the CoreControll.dll is crashing my vaio setting app....

    *bump for the night*... no one can help at all?

    maybe someone with the Windows 7 companion disk can help me on this since i deleted the OEM partition... and without any recovery CD of any sort I can't do anything >_>
