Hi, I want to recover the Sony Vaio S15 SVS151290X laptop to factory settings, problem is I deleted the recovery area of the original HDD (and I don't have a backup either). Anyone knows where can I download a recovery DVD? Thanks

I am afraid you can't find it anywhere. If you are in the US, you can call CS and say that recovery partition doesn't work for you.
You can hop they will send it to you for free.
    It is about 32GB.

Oh well, I know it's hard to impossible to get, but I was hoping that maybe someone in the forum had the ISO backed up and would offer the file for sharing. In any case, I'll try my luck directly with Sony's CS. Not that I personally need it, but in case I sell my Vaio, it's always nice to be able to restore it to fresh factory status.
