    New 14" Vaio, soon ?

    Does anyone know if Sony is gonna introduce a new line of 14" notebook any time soon ? I do like most parts of the CR series except its graphic card. It'd so great if Sony would introduce a new CR laptop with better dedicated graphic card.

    Yeah. I asked for 14", not 13" though :) SR is a great but a bit small. Something like the CR series is what i meant.

    ah they just need to flatten out the CR so its not like a wedge and it'd be perfection! I like mine a lot, save for the irregular weight distribution and of course the extra thickness in the rear.

    The CR will be refreshed with Montevina during the fall/winter Vaio refreshes.

    I think so. You'll get at least Intel X4500 which is already an improvement. Possibly a better Ati.

    Intel has so much power in the USA. Not surprising though. The CR's offered overseas have always had two options - integrated intel gfx or ATI graphics.

    But we'll probably see both offered in the US now, with the new platform.
