    New 15.4" Sony series for 2008?

    So we're already seeing a couple new/updated series from Sony for 2008, does anyone know if the FZ series will be getting revamped as well? Or do you think they will be replaced altogether with a new series? I'm not sure if this is a trend but Sony has been coming out with new 15.4" laptop model lines every year for a while now. I've been thinking about getting an FZ but if Sony is gonna come out with a newer line soon I'd rather wait and see if they're worth getting or if the FZ line will drop even more in price because of them.

    Also, is there a trend as to WHEN Sony releases new laptops? It appears to me that they just seem to come out with them at random moments in the year.

    My guess is that Sony will update the FZ series for the new Penryn CPUs coming out, but will not do a real make over till Montevina comes out.

    what time period next year do you think this will happen? I'm looking for a laptop to use in college so price is always on my mind. Hopefully this will drive the price of older FZ models even lower than they are right now...
