This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hi, Here is a link to the new QSI firmware, worked a treat on my QSI SBW-243 which Is used in the FE series laptops http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=2273 the link is from sony.jp
    so it's legit.

    -Edit- After testing these my reading speeds went up by about 2x on dvd decrypter, And a CD burnt actually worked, I used to get about 50% coasters.
