    New Refresh for the Christmas Season?

    Will there be a new refresh of notebooks for the Christmas season?

    Every 3 months Sony refreshes it's laptops afaik. So that would mean january I believe.

    In canada they just refreshed their Vaio SR, AR and Z series.

    Hopefully not, I just placed my order for Z.
    Other countries are going to refresh Z from Z1x to Z2x, but that's because they did not have blu ray for Z1. For example, the AUS will get blu ray for Z2x in November. However, I think the basic built quality is the same ie. battery leaking etc will still be there.

    By the way, does anyone know if the BluRay support DVD DL burning? On the website it says it does, but a lot of people says it does not.

    It's the same laptop with a different sticker on it.

    Some models get components upgraded though. Like a P8400 to P8600.
