Yeah, I don't know why Best Buy in the USA has the CW 14 inch LED, intel core i5 520M processor, with blu ray read only and DVD/CD rewrite/500GB/4GB DDR3 RAM/ and the higher resolution 1600x900 with the Nvidia 330M 512MB discrete graphics.

The Best Buy deal is available online only but it's the "best bang" for the buck right now at $950 plus taxes

I ordered my jet black one last night. It's a federal holiday (MLK birthday) so I doubt they will process it till Tuesday with a Wednesday ship day. I ordered regular shipping so it may arrive by Friday but knowing my shipping luck, it will come the following Monday.

It looks like they've turned on the McAfee and Adobe Standard options by default. Turn them off and the starting price is £658 inc VAT and the maxed out customisation (4Gb, 500Gb, Bluray writer, 1600x900 screen) is £999 inc VAT.

If it weren't for the 5 to 6 weeks wait (and secretly wanting a Z and waiting for a lottery win) I think I'd be going for it!

That is good to know, some people that may wish to order this might not catch that. I never did. The price is still then very competitive as it always was.

i wonder when the CTO will offer the nVidia 330m video.

    I think i am interested

    i5-540 + 6GB RAM + 320 7200RPM + 1600x900 ... would love to see CTO offer SSD as an option :p

Newegg has the $950 Best Buy CW for 1119. Wow...Best Buy with an actual best buy. Who would have though.

JR has it as well for the same price. Looks like the inventory is hitting the stores today.
