    Hello everybody,
It is my 1st time here in the forum.
I was looking for a business notebook and also for entertainment for sometimes. After about 2 months searching in the web, I have advised to buy Sony VAIO VGN-FE48G/H as it suits both business duties & entertainment.
I have no idea about VAIO in fact, and I could make a decision from what I read in "Sony Satisfaction Poll".
This type is originally supplied with Windows Vista which is not recommended yet by my company (we use Windiws XP professional).
What about if remove Vista and download XP instead? Does it have any negative impacts on the notebook?
I wish one of you will help me with having some feedback & opinions about such kind.
    Thank You
    Yousef

Well, I won't mention anything about 'downloading' XP ;) but there should be no problems with XP on that laptop. I do know that some Sonys have problems getting drivers for operating systems other than the pre-installed one, so you may want to have a look around to see if you can get all the necessary XP drivers for that laptop.

Oh, I think you've posted in the wrong section of the forum. ;)
