This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I just got a pcg-grt240g notebook and i'm playing counter stike and my fps sucks. Can i upgrade the video card with an external one or even change it? I'm not familiar with laptops...thanks a lot. someone told me to turn off vsync...but will my card really melt and mess things up? thanks
