This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Can't tell you, sorry. Like I said, I was immediately turned off from its size and didn't check out it out too much.

    Went to the Manhattan Sony store and checked out the z on display (sorry, didn't compare it to others, i was in a rush). Very sweet machine, has everything I could ever want minus firewire800 (can live without) and Esata (cannot live without). But I'll still probably get it next month when it's on sale.

    What i couldn't find out when i played with it was whether the external graphics port (HDMI or VGA) can handle the 2560X1600 res of the 30" monitor I have at home. Even the Nvidia website doesn't specify maximum res for the 9300m.

    Anybody knows?
