    Hi guys,

received the new Z 7 days ago, great is just a great little notebook, the best i had (coming from an SZ premium).

The only thing that is killing me is the auto brightness, the resolution is the 1920x and in dim light the brightness is going down, after 1 hour my eyes are red. The only thing that i can do is putting the lamp directly on top of the keyboard so the sensor adjusts the brightness to the maximum level.

What can i do? I can't find a way to turn down the auto brightness....

    Thanks,

    Claudio

if you clean instal, I know withthe s series and hdmi you just install the video driver and no sony apps. and then you can control the brightness with windows. not sure how the nvidia chip works.

this auto sensor is like Glocks ambi mag release. looks good on paper but in real life its a piece of crap
