Is this common with the smaller LCD's to have light bleed ?

Along the top and the bottom I can see some light bleed, my Mac book pro doesn't have this.

At the bottom it looks kind weird, like small little ripples. Anyone else gets this? I wanna know if its normal or should I be concerned?

Unfortunately the new Z suffer the same problems the old gen Z had and yes, that includes light bleeding for example.

So ALL new Z's have light bleed? I mean its not bad but certain angles its annoying. I would think sony would use a higher quality LCD manufacture for a laptop that commands this high of a pricetag.

Mine does this too. The horizontal lines on the screen are more prominent too. Other than that, it just restarts automatically for no reason when I'm away from my computer for a couple hours and gives an error message on login.

Mine has a "glow" at the bottom and slightly less at the top. No blotchyness or center/side issues. It's better than the LED backlit screen on my SZ.

The "ripples" are bright spots from the individual backlight LEDs.

It's just a side effect of having such a thin screen.
