Hey guys, I'm new to the forum but I'm looking at buying a VAIO FZ4000 CTO. I've fallen in love with Sony's laptops, I'm out of touch with computers and technologies these days because I havent bought one in a few years (last one was a desktop).

I've read about the new Intel Centrino 2 coming out, does that mean the FZ Series will be replaced? I need to get the laptop before september when school starts, but I was gonna grab it now because I notice sony has a sale on for memory and hard drive upgrades. Also, will the new models be a lot more expensive to a comparable old FZ model? Thanks for the help!
