    Newbie question - vaio keyboard setting ?

    Hi apolls for the newb question.

    A year ago I purchased a Vaio PCG-531D notebook of flea bay for a good friends daughter.

    He has just brought it to me with a problem keys u/i/o/p/j/k/l/m come up with numbers instead of the letters on them. i notice on the bottom of the keys the small letters.

    I have tried ll sorts of things to change them back - its probably something simple.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Try turning off the Num Lock.
