    No XP HDD Protection Driver for Z540?

    I cannot find the XP version of HDD Protection Driver for my z540 on the website of sony.

    Who can help about that?

    Can't remember off-hand, but I think you unzip the contents and then right-click the .inf file and select 'Install'.

    Thanks, I install it, but I cannot know whether it works because the HD tune curve has no change when I use HD tune to test the hhd, and shaking the my notebook. In vista, if I shake the notebook when running the hd tune, the curve will drop down steeply because the sensor let the magnetic head park, so the performance is dropped.
