I've run into the problem in the past, but I still don't know how to do it. I want to install the latest NVidia drivers for my VGN-AW310J. I know the ini file needs to be modified but I don't know how or what to modify exactly.

    Running Windows 7 64Bit
    Geforce 9600M GT

It's not worth it. It's such an old card, the latest drivers will not boost the performance at all.

Download the original drivers from VAIO's website. Modifying the INF file is a massive waste of time for such an old card.
