I was wondering what was the best way to OC my P8700 C2D processor. Since the bios is locked, I guess I have to use software, but I don't know the exact steps. Any help would be appreciated.

You can do a Pin mod, or if you know the PLL for your motherboard, you can use SetFSB. When using SetFSB, you'll be overclocking the FSB therefore overclocking other components besides just the Processor.
