    Hey Guys,

Removed a bunch of pre-installed junk on the laptop but I think I may have accidently removed something that I need....

The controls on the top panel have stopped working: S, AV Mode, Stop, Play/Pause, etc. Volume control still works however now when I increase or decrease it doesn't bring up the volume control imagery (green bars) on the screen; it just does it...

Also, my mouse pointer is being work.. i cant higlight or click things when i double tap it, so instead i have to push down on the buttons underneath it...

Can anyone please help in telling me what I need to re-install/do to get these problems fixed; the model is VGN-FZ11S - thank you very much.

Order of driver reload to fix hotkeys:
1.Shared Library 2.Utilities DLL 3.Event Service (2 and 3 may be bundled together as Sony Notebook Utilities)

If that doesn't completely solve your problem then reinstall WinDVD from the VAIO Recovery.
