    Hey guys,

I was wondering if the users here who have ordered laptops from P1, more specifically, the new Vaio Z, could share their experiences here with me. I've read quite a few reviews and most of them have been positive. However, I did remember reading a few posts reminding users not to order from them regarding issues such as forgetting to include the adapter in the package, wrong hdds installed etc. I live in Canada, but I'm kind of skeptical about the CTOs on the sony site, since many users here have reported a lot of problems with the build quality, hence my decision to order from P1, since I believe their vaios are imported from japan? Any input is much appreciated.

    Thanks

You can also look in the P1 forum, although it is not very busy.

In my experience (having bought a couple of Fujitsu notebooks from them a few years ago) the sales service is second to none. If they make a mistake, the would see you right.

    I ordered a Z from P1.

Indeed I had some issues as well (particularly regarding the time it took for me to actually receive my Z after I ordered it -however, one reason was that they found a dead pixel in the Z's screen that was supposed to go to me, so they asked Sony for a replacement. thumbs up there.). However, what is very good about P1, and what you'll also read in almost every review, is its customer service. Always fast responses, and I wouldn't doubt about it that they will always do everything they can to make a mistake right, and that (in the end) you will always get a top quality product.
