The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I have a Sony Vaio Vgn-BZ560P22 and I updated the XP Pro operating system to 7 Ultimate. The WinDvd software for the 7 Ultimate is only an update and I need the original according to the download instructions for this to work. I have the XP Pro disk set but after looking on it I do not know which file and how to load it so I can load the Ultimate WinDvd update. Does anybody have a solution.
