I have overclocked my S460 with the additional software module. I believe it was discussed a long time ago in this forum..

how about SZ780? is it possible to overclock the graphic card through a software?

    Yes.

So far only success if with Driver 169.04 XP/Vista with RivaTuner. Since the SZ uses Geforce 8400M GS with GDDR3 it overclocks quite well. 525mhz Core (1050mhz Shader) and 700mhz Memory stable. Also the Video Card Bios seems embedded so no way of flashing a edited bios i think. (Or restoring one)

Overclocking is done at your own risk thou as it been reported to decrease the life of your video card and possibly overheat it.

Since the SZ is in a slim form factor you will need to use additional cooling. I disconnect the battery, prop it up on a porcelain plate and use a desk fan to reduce the temp but it still hits up to the range of 80 degrees under full 3D load.
