    Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum so please bear with me. I've searched everywhere and come up with a few solutions to my problem but none of them have worked so far.

Basically, I have an old PCG-FX370 laptop and I'm trying to overclock it. I know that the OEM BIOS is locked from displaying advanced options but there's got to be a way around, right? Does anyone have an alternative option other than overclocking from Windows XP? Has anyone succeeded in unlocking the OEM BIOS or flashing it with another one?

Any help would be appreciated. :)

Thx for your reply TZ300. I'm currently trying out SetFSB from Windows but I it would be cool if I could hack the BIOS and overclock from there. Is that possible?

I read that it is not possible. If you can hack it, please let me know.

Sure. I'll let you know if I ever figure out how to do it. I'm currently taking apart my computer and searching for my mobo model number on the mobo itself. Wish me luck! :D
