P1 Recover DIsk for TZ

I know i can call them up but they close for the night and i must know as soon as possible.

Does P1 offer a tz version for bloat ware removal?
Ima bout to buy a TZ190 for a decent price but its not from P1.
So i want to know how difficult is it to use P1 disks.

Is it just insert the cd into the lappy and its smooth sailing from there with easy instructions like reformating a xp destop?

who has done it before? can yall give me ur opinions.

what do i buy if i want to 1. remove bloat ware and 2. downgrade to window xp. is the link above do both of these things?
