My DVD died on me about 9 months ago. It's time to shell out for a new one. Apparently, the drivers on the restore cd doesnt think windows MCE is in fact XP so it wont install any drivers when I try and install it. I'm going to reinstall XPhome with all the drivers and try and upgrade from there hoping the drivers carry over. Anyway, I'm in the market for a replacement internal drive as I cant find a bios update that would let me boot from USB. I found one company that sold generic drives that would fit for about $120 but I lost the bookmark when I reformatted (it was a yahoo store). Any of you know where I might be able to find an affordable internal drive for this? I don't know much about replacement drives. I'm assuming I just need to make sure it has the correct connection (pins) and physically fits, but from the looks most drives look about the same. Any input would help. Thanks.

Looking online I found a refurbished drive that said it worked on the GRS, GRT and GRZ series. Sounds like I should be able to find a replacement for another model and it should work (as there aren't very many GRT's)
