    Hi there, any way to get one of these to boot from USB? Which key gets me into Bios?

    press f2 button to get into bios. In my VAIO F there are 2 settings of enable USB boot. I enabled them both. then choose what to boot first (hard drive, optical or usb) and I think you should format Flash drive in NTFS using HP USB Disk storage format tool

    Thanks, but I only have CDROM, diskette, and harddrive. This is a pentium2 based viao with 64mb of ram and a dead battery. It was free and I want to try to install puppy linux on it to play with. Anyone know if I can install GRUB from within windows and point it at a USB device to boot from?
